BRIAN McCLELLAND | PERSONAL TRAINING, TRIATHLON COACHING, SWIM COACHING

For nearly my entire life, sports and fitness have been my driving force. I thrive on the energy that comes from a great workout, a challenging bike ride, a refreshing swim, a focused run, or the thrill of playing a sport. After years in sales, I realized my true calling was to help others discover that same passion and energy, guiding them to become their healthiest, most energized selves.

For the past six years, I've had the privilege of working as a certified personal trainer, triathlon coach, and swimming coach. It's been the most rewarding decision of my life. I work with a diverse range of clients, from individuals seeking personal training to dedicated triathletes and swimmers. My approach is always centered around meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to your unique goals. Whether you're looking to develop strength, boost your confidence, get creative with home workouts, achieve race goals, or become a stronger swimmer, I'm here to support you.

I also offer online programming, developing weekly or monthly periodized plans that provide direction and coaching, no matter where you are.

If you've ever considered getting support in any of these areas, I'd love to explore if we're a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!

SARAH FARRIS | PERSONAL TRAINING, MINDSET COACH, KETTLEBELL SPECIALIST

I grew up riding horses and was involved in hunter/jumper equestrian sports for nearly 25 years. I earned degrees in Psychology, Spanish, and Counseling, and have been working in the mental health field for 20 years. During college and graduate school, I enjoyed teaching beginner riding lessons and helping train young horses. Around the same time, I discovered strength training and was eager to learn more about getting stronger. I also found that exercise has several mental health benefits, such as improving mood, increasing energy, and building resiliency.

As a fitness enthusiast, I have incorporated exercise into my lifestyle for several years. I enjoy strength training with barbells, free weights, and kettlebells, and occasionally participate in local kettlebell competitions. I have a special interest in helping women get stronger and teaching hardstyle kettlebell technique. I am also trained in mindful sport performance enhancement to help athletes seeking ways to improve their mental game. I offer small group kettlebell classes, individual training, and online training and programming.
