BRIAN McCLELLAND | PERSONAL TRAINING, TRIATHLON COACHING, SWIM COACHING

For nearly my entire life, sports and fitness have been my driving force. I thrive on the energy that comes from a great workout, a challenging bike ride, a refreshing swim, a focused run, or the thrill of playing a sport. After years in sales, I realized my true calling was to help others discover that same passion and energy, guiding them to become their healthiest, most energized selves.

For the past six years, I've had the privilege of working as a certified personal trainer, triathlon coach, and swimming coach. It's been the most rewarding decision of my life. I work with a diverse range of clients, from individuals seeking personal training to dedicated triathletes and swimmers. My approach is always centered around meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to your unique goals. Whether you're looking to develop strength, boost your confidence, get creative with home workouts, achieve race goals, or become a stronger swimmer, I'm here to support you.

I also offer online programming, developing weekly or monthly periodized plans that provide direction and coaching, no matter where you are.

If you've ever considered getting support in any of these areas, I'd love to explore if we're a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!

SARAH FARRIS | PERSONAL TRAINING, MINDSET COACH, KETTLEBELL SPECIALIST

Throughout much of my life, movement has been a cornerstone of my lifestyle.  While I did not have a talent for team sports growing up, I discovered equestrian sports at the age of 8 and was enthusiastically involved in the hunter/jumper ring for 25 years.  During my college and graduate school years, I worked as a beginner and intermediate riding instructor and helped train young horses.  Academically, I pursued degrees in Psychology, Spanish, and Counseling, and have spent over 20 years of my career in the mental health field.

As I slowly shifted out of the riding arena, I discovered strength training and was eager to learn more about getting stronger.  I also realized that exercise has many mental health benefits, including improving mood, increasing energy, and building resiliency.  I have recently added personal training to my professional skillset and have a particular passion for strength training using barbells, free weights, and kettlebells.  I am especially interested in empowering women to discover their own strength through lifting weights.  I am also trained in mindful sport performance enhancement to help athletes seeking ways to improve their mental game.

I offer small group kettlebell classes, individual training in person or virtually, as well as online programming.
