PERSONAL TRAINING

30 minutes: $55
60 minutes: $85

  • Great for those new to strength training, up to advanced lifters
  • Focusing on form, technique, the "why", and steady progression
  • Offering 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 options in a private training facility
  • 1st session will always be a "movement" assessment, minimum 1-hour
  • Can be sport-specific (i.e. Triathlon) or general strength training & conditioning

MONTHLY TRAINING SUBSCRIPTION

EVERY 4 WEEKS: $520
  • Includes:
    • Up to 4, one-hour personal training sessions per month (any training need: strength, swim, bike, or run)
    • 4-week custom training plan (strength training, cycling development, event training, triathlon, etc) See Below...

PERSONALIZED, WRITTEN TRAINING PROGRAMS

STANDARD PROGRAM: $40 (per week)
ADVANCED PROGRAM: $60 (per week)
  • Desktop/App-delivered personalized training programs
  • Best suited for athletes who prefer to train on their own, and/or who are training remotely
  • Daily, weekly, monthly workouts specifically designed to meet your goals
  • Includes:
    • Daily and/or weekly contact with coach (as needed)
    • Monthly check-ins
    • Quantitative and Qualitative reporting & follow up​​​​​​​
